Established in 2015 by midwives with extensive experience in ultrasound examinations during pregnancy.

Oslo Midwife and Ultrasound Clinic (Jordmorklinikken) has provided ultrasound examinations and care for pregnant women since 2015. Here you will meet midwives with extensive experience and strong expertise in fetal diagnostics, pregnancy care, and women’s health.

At our clinic, ultrasound is always a medical examination performed by midwives with specialist competence.

Our ultrasound midwives have completed the program “Ultrasound Diagnostics for Midwives” at NTNU, with additional training in “Early Pregnancy Ultrasound” and “Doppler Ultrasound with specialization in the fetal heart.”

We are also certified in “The 11–13 Week Scan” by the Fetal Medicine Foundation.

It is important to us that you feel safe and well cared for during your examination. We take the time needed for each consultation and place great emphasis on clear information and follow-up.

We are happy to support you throughout your pregnancy!

Early ultrasound week 6-14

Oslo Midwifery and Ultrasound Clinic offers early ultrasound weeks 6-14.

We are trained at the National Center for Fetal Medicine at NTNU and are certified for "The 11-13 Week Scan" at the Fetal Medicine Foundation.

You will receive video clips and photos sent to your mobile as well as a printout.

Ultrasound week 15-40

Oslo Midwifery and Ultrasound Clinic offers pregnant women 2D, 3D and 4D ultrasound weeks 15-40

Our ultrasound examinations are performed by trained and certified ultrasound midwives with extensive experience in pregnancy and fetal development.

You will receive video clips and photos sent to your mobile as well as a printout.

NIPT testing

Oslo Midwifery and Ultrasound Clinic is approved by the Norwegian Directorate of Health to perform, NIPT tests.

We have good knowledge of fetal diagnostics and extensive experience in ultrasound of pregnant women and prenatal care.

If you want NIPT, we will provide you with information, guidance and follow-up both before, during and after the test.

STD- and pap-smear testing

At Oslo midwifery and ultrasound clinic, we offer sampling for STIs (sexually transmitted infections) and cervical pap-smears.
