Select Clear log. In the dialog box, check the boxes for the types of information you want to remove. Use the menu at the top to select the amount of data that you want to delete. Select the dawn of time to delete everything. Click Clear log. Safari for Mac OS X: Click on the Safari menu. Select Clear cache. Click Clear. Safari 5.x for Windows: Click on Settings. Select Settings from the drop-down menu. Click on Privacy. Click Clear all website data in the Cookies and other website data section. Click Remove Now. Close the Settings dialog box. Opera In Opera, click the Tools menu. Select Delete private data from the drop-down menu. Click Details. Select Empty the entire buffer and uncheck any rows you don't want to empty. ATTENTION! Please note that consultations on weekdays after 15:00, Saturdays and Sundays have an additional fee of NOK 200 per consultation. This extra fee is not shown in the appointment booking but is added when paying after the consultation. Appointments must be canceled no later than 24 hours before the appointment, in order not to be charged the full fee. For appointments on Mondays, cancellations must be done before 14:30 Fridays. If you are more than 15 minutes late, it is not possible to perform a complete ultrasound examination. We can then only see if the heart is beating. If a complete examination is desired, we recommend booking a new appointment.
