If you have any questions or would like more information about our services, you are always welcome to contact us. We will respond as promptly as possible.

Please note: Appointments/consultations on weekdays after 3:00 p.m., as well as on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, incur an additional fee of NOK 200 per appointment/consultation. This surcharge will not appear in the online booking system but will be added to the payment after the consultation.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the last working day. For Monday appointments, cancellations must be made before 2:30 p.m. on the preceding Friday.
Late cancellations will be charged at the full price of the appointment/consultation.

Cancellations can easily be made through our online booking system or by email. We regret that we cannot accept cancellations by phone, as we require written documentation to confirm and track the cancellation if needed.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we will not be able to carry out a full ultrasound examination. In such cases, we will only check for a heartbeat. If you would like a complete examination, we recommend booking a new appointment.

All ultrasound examinations include printed images and images/movies sent directly to your mobile phone.
